Round Fit designs and builds commercial equipment and interiors for fitness spaces in solid wood and plywood, made to brief. Round Fit Ltd and our team of engineers and designers are based in London; production is in our own workshop in Ukraine. We work only for commercial clients.
The workshop
We select and machine the timber ourselves, make our own steel components, fit the rails and carriages and do our own upholstery. Every piece is tested before it leaves the workshop. We combine classic woodworking with technology — for example RFID locks in our lockers.
Materials
- Solid hardwood — beech, ash, oak, or any species to match your interior — and plywood where it suits the piece. No chipboard or MDF.
- Steel components made in-house, used only where the function needs them.
- Matt lacquer that stands up to daily cleaning.
- Commercial antibacterial upholstery.
Process
Brief → Engineering & 3D → Sample → Production → Delivery & installation → Service. One team from drawing to installation; spare parts, springs and upholstery replacement for the life of the equipment.
Delivery
Crated and insured to the UK, the EU and Ukraine. Installation through our local distribution partners. Typical production time: Pilates 4–6 weeks, other collections typically 6–8 weeks, depending on the project.
