1. About these terms
This website is operated by Round Fit Ltd, London, United Kingdom. You can contact us through the contact form on this website. We supply businesses only: studios, clubs, hotels, clinics, chains and dealers.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website to learn about our products and to contact us. You must not misuse it, attempt to access areas that are not meant for you, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Portal accounts are personal; keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
3. Quotes and orders
Information, illustrations, images and prices on the website are for orientation only. Quotes are not binding until both parties have signed an order confirmation that sets out the specification, quantities, price, delivery terms and timeline.
4. Payment
50% of the order value before production starts and 50% before dispatch, unless the signed order says otherwise. Ownership passes to you on full payment.
5. Production and delivery
Lead times are stated in the order confirmation. Delivery terms, cost and the passing of risk follow the Incoterm agreed in the order. Installation is arranged through our local distribution partners where agreed.
6. Warranty
Frames are covered for 5 years against manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. Upholstery and springs are consumables and are covered for 3 months. The warranty does not cover wear, misuse, incorrect installation or modifications not approved by us.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its texts, images and designs belong to Round Fit or its licensors. For private-label projects, your brand, logo and trade marks remain yours; rights in our engineering design remain ours unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
8. Liability
Our total liability under or in connection with an order is limited to the price of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
9. Law and courts
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
